As a retired U.S. Army Senior Truckmaster (88Z) and Senior Noncommissioned Officer, Douglas brings unmatched expertise in planning, coordinating, and executing high-stakes freight operations under pressure. His experience spans over two decades of leading line haul missions in the most demanding environments, ensuring mission success where it mattered most.

 

After military retirement, Douglas continued his service to the nation as a Senior Program Analyst for a technology-driven company providing operational solutions to federal agencies. Coupled with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Georgia Tech, he brings a strategic mindset and data-driven efficiency to every aspect of freight dispatching.
